The only wheeled items or vehicles that are legal in New York City are shopping carts, baby strollers, suitcases, wheelchairs, automobiles, motorcycles, trucks (including 18-wheelers), buses, and trains. Even running and jogging is illegal in New York City. Pedestrian speed limits are two (2) miles per hour, radar enforced. In New York City, you want to go any faster than 2 mph when getting around, you better be in an automobile or on a motorcycle, a bus, a taxi, or a train.

All those bicyclist haters have so ruined Fort Myers Beach. E-bikes were completely banned from the island in 2021. All because of people complaining about them! In New York City especially, ALL bicycles, motorized or not, are completely illegal, they can not be operated upon any street, alleyway, nor sidewalk, bicycles including non-powered bikes can not be brought into New York City. In New York City, the bike lanes are strictly for motorcycles only. In New York City, operation of a bicycle, powered or unpowered, within the city, on street or sidewalk, is in fact a felony that carries a mandatory sentence of up to 5 YEARS on Rikers Island!

E-bikes can not be ridden on neither street, alleyway, beach, parking lot, nor sidewalk. Violators will face up to nine (9) months in jail! Even bringing an e-bike onto Estero Island, even without operating it, will still get you arrested and sentenced up to 9 months in jail. If it has a battery, it can not be brought onto Estero Island at all. In other words, if your bicycle has a battery and/or an electric wheel, STAY OFF Estero Island! E-bikes are not allowed to be any closer to Estero Island than the San Carlos Island end of the Matanzas Pass Bridge on the northwest entrance to the island, and the Lovers Key end of the Big Carlos Pass Bridge on the southeast entrance to the island. The police are also reminding people, only regular pedal bicycles without any form of mechanical power other than pedaling are legal on Estero Island, and there is an islandwide speed limit of eight (8) miles per hour for all bicycles.

Also do I need to mention that healthcare in the United States of America is a total nightmare! Hospital and emergency room visits are the #1 cause of insurmountable debt and bankruptcy. The United States has no national healthcare. Most European countries have national healthcare where medical emergencies are usually covered by the Government and you pay very little if any out of pocket. In the United States, medical emergencies carry 5 and even 6-figure price tags for the patient. Medicare and Medicaid have become ruled by corrupted, greedy bureaucrats and CEOs. The United States has very bad quality services for persons with disabilities. The Americans with Disabilities Act is going the way of the wild goose due to greed, corruption in government, and greedy bureaucracy. People on Social Security Disability are forbidden to marry, and if they do, they lose their benefits, and if they keep their marriage a secret, eventually the big bureaucrats will find out and both go to prison and are ordered to pay back every single penny gained from Social Security and that was used by Medicare and Medicaid to cover medical costs. In some cases, you're looking at multiple millions of dollars having to be paid back. It is no wonder immigrants are reporting that the United States of America is in fact LESS FREE than Mexico! In other words, there are countless things you can do in Mexico that, if done in the United States of America, would get you months, even decades, in jail and prison.

Darby and Suzy once accused an elderly man with an oxygen tank of trying to blow up a shopping center and accused him of having a bomb disguised as an oxygen tank. Indications are that a woman had conversation with the lone man, and then eventually the woman's boyfriend intervened along with an older man, both of whom allegedly hurled the lone man to the ground.

So, let's say you go to this great bar, and you go and visit this great bartender, Pat. You order drinks such as juice and water, even a few cheeseburgers, you have conversations with Pat, and so do many of Pat's other regulars. You even take a few fun selfies with Pat. And Pat gets a ton of large tips from regulars. But one day, you go to that bar, and you see a stranger behind the bar, taking orders for drinks and food. You wonder what happened. You ask where is Pat, and you get the most dreadful reply in the world of nightlife; "Pat does not work here anymore." Your feelings are crushed, and then you finish your drink, pay your tab without a tip, and then leave with no thoughts of ever coming back. Three weeks later, and you see the regulars that used to visit Pat going to other bars. Or you see that Pat is working at another bar and that's where you and everyone else goes now. Five months later, and you get word that the bar Pat quit working at has closed it's doors. It closed because, when Pat quit, many regulars stopped going there, the place lost business and a lot of money because nobody was ready to break the ice with a stranger bartender, and the place couldn't stay open any longer. That type of scenario happens all the time. People go to bars to socialize and make friends and feel a sense of belonging. Many people become attached to particular bartenders and then go to visit those particular bartenders. As long as those particular bartenders remain working there, the place makes money and does business. But once a bar gets rid of any of those particular favorites or one or more of them quits there, the business there can literally tumble. And more often than not, the cause of the business tumble is that default ice barrier that exists between all strangers, including between bar patrons and stranger bartenders. There is a default ice barrier between all strangers. When a stranger takes over behind the bar, the former regulars don't know who the new bartender is. They don't see any capability of fun, they only see a business person who wouldn't interact with them unless it's strictly business-related. In other words, all they see is a wall of solid opaque white ice. And then they leave, and for many of them, it's many months, sometimes up to a year or two, before even one of them comes back. In some cases, the place goes out of business and closes before a former regular comes back. The default ice barrier that exists between strangers can do serious heavy damage to customer service industry businesses such as bars and restaurants. Another thing that can drive old time regulars away even harder is if the new bartender is unattractive, especially if the new bartender is a senior citizen or even overweight, morbidly obese especially. Male regulars are also heavily driven away if their favorite bartender or server that quit was a woman and the new one that replaced her is a man. Also, male regulars generally don't like being around female bartenders that are 300 pounds and looking like they belong in northern Wisconsin, or female bartenders that look like they're 85 years old.

Also, the United States of America is heinously expensive to live in, and is in fact about to get thousands of times more expensive and unaffordable! The entire United States is under a nationwide gentrification. There are land grabs occurring nationwide, in all 50 states. Big greedy bureaucracies and bureaucratic corporations are buying up hundreds of square miles of urban, suburban, and rural land every single day, bulldozing all old construction and building huge luxury mansions, mc mansions, and multi thousand square foot condominiums costing upwards of 5 to 7 grand a month in rent, and selling for 75 to 150 times the price of a typical house in San Francisco. Nothing can stop the big greedy bureaucrats. Next thing you know, Congress will abolish the Americans with Disabilities Act and start institutionalizing everyone with disabilities again. And I am sure many handicapped people at that time, especially those with autism, will likely fight the authorities taking them in to be institutionalized, only to be immediately shot and killed by the law enforcement, possibly resulting in nationwide Martial law with the use of immediate maximum lethal force on all uncooperative or unruly persons authorized and recommended. Eventually, only famous movie stars and Hollywood celebrities will be able to afford to live in the United States of America.

I've had several encounters with this Melissa before. If she has a brain, she'll move to Europe, and she will never come any closer to North America than Portugal! And if any of her friends have brains, they will also move out of this country and they will join Melissa in Europe. Melissa is way too nice to be spending another year in this toxic, violent, soulless, disconnected, cultureless, bureaucratic hell called North America! The USA is an evil country. The entire Western Hemisphere, from Canada all the way down to Argentina, is nothing but drugs, violent gangs, trafficking, vicious cartels, crime, corruption, the West has become a hideously dangerous and toxic place to live. Congress has CRIMINALIZED all friendships nationwide in the United States of America in January 2020. People are getting arrested and thrown in jail all over the USA by the FBI and Federal law enforcement and authorities for mingling, inviting strangers to join them at bars, restaurants, beaches, and at city/county events. The FBI is arresting people for having non-business conversations all over the country and throwing everyone involved in jail. It's worse in Canada, too. The United States is already technically under a dictatorship. The President no longer has control of the United States anymore, the United States now is run by big fat money-hungry bureaucrats and bureaucracies, all of which control everything done, including by the President. Europe has culture. North America doesn't. People in Europe are happy. Europeans have an easy life where work schedules remain modest, as does the cost of living. Did you know that Germany's full time workweek is 35 hours? Not even. In Germany, people are at work 7 hours a day, but they actually work for 6 because one entire hour is for lunch. And their pay ensures they live a decent life with plenty of leisure time, plus people there get along with others. North Americans (both USA and Canada) have a military boot camp life where work schedules are out of control and the cost of living is insane and insurmountable even working 60 hours a week. In the USA, people are working 90, even 126 hours a week just to scrape by. Americans even work all 365 days a year, including on the holidays. Americans are lucky to get a day off every ten years! And Americans on the whole don't get along with each other anymore. All interactions in the USA and Canada are strictly business-related, and it is all monitored by the FBI and Homeland Security, as well as by whichever national law enforcement Canada has.

Mr. Bison, if you think it's so sad that Melissa has moved on with her life and you won't ever see her again and she won't ever be able to bring smiles into your life again, just wait until the Great Tribulation! We ARE IN that time period right now! And it will get nothing but worse until the Great Tribulation! The Rapture will occur without warning. Before you can say "Golf, " billions of people will suddenly vanish into thin air, with only piles of clothes marking where they were standing at the time of the Rapture. No more than ten minutes afterwards, it will be full-blown worldwide pandemonium. Riots, looting, and all, it will make the 1992 L.A. riots look like nothing. And you will quickly learn that everyone who was ever nice to you, including Melissa, has been raptured. And you will have only your enemies, and Satan himself, to deal with for approximately 7 years. There will be no smiles worldwide until Jesus comes back to halt the Great Tribulation and begin His 1, 000 year rulership of the Earth.

Nothing can replace Melissa Harty. As some of you may know, the one and only Sweet Melissa (yes, Melissa Harty) has moved to Utah in July 2023. We will never, ever see her ever again. She will never, not even before the year 2125, make it back for a visit. Utah is too far away. The distance is unconquerable. Melissa was the best bartender anyone could possibly have. All of us, myself included, really loved her. If you had a bad day, whether it was an accident at work, an incident at work involving malfunctioning machinery causing injury, or if you were involved in a catastrophic accident on the road while delivering goods and it caused a 3 mile traffic jam on the road, or you got called to do Jury Duty, or even if you had a bad day at Jury Duty, you needed to unwind from it all and went to a bar where she was working, she'd cheer you up and have you smiling again in about 5 minutes, 10 at most. She made sure you even completely forgot about that multi vehicle crash you were involved in that backed up traffic for 3 miles on the highway, or even that incident at Jury Duty, for no less than the remainder of the entire evening and night. And she knew how to cheer you up. Nobody was sad and depressed or felt glum or grumpy when Melissa was around was around. She made sure that, when the road gets a bumpy, you don't ever feel a grumpy, especially at her bar or restaurant. She had the best sense of humor in the world. And she made sure you put that smile back on your face. Even her vibe would have you grinning again in even a matter of minutes, seconds even. Melissa Harty was the perfect example of how all people in Southwest Florida need to be. Now, she's gone, and the entire nightlife atmosphere in Southwest Florida is going down and has become dark, back to where we are reminded of the days where feeling sad and down in school resulted in detention. There are long distance friends out there that have not seen each other face to face in as long as 70 years, longer even! And all of us, myself included, are very heartbroken and very sad that Sweet Melissa is gone forever. There is a default ice barrier between all strangers. And that includes all stranger bartenders and stranger servers. Why else do you think regulars stop going to a certain bar and they don't come back for months, years even, when they see a stranger behind the bar and are told their favorite one does not work there anymore? It's that default ice barrier between them and the new bartender that replaced their favorite one. They aren't ready to break the ice again with some stranger. The default ice barrier between strangers is known to wreck a lot of business at bars, clubs, and restaurants, and has a huge history of even causing closures of bars and restaurants when favorite servers and bartenders quit there. When Pan Olio in Cape Coral replaced it's entire staff and servers in November 2021, that place lost a lot of regulars and closed! Many people that used to go there especially loved Mike and Missi that managed the place. And when they, Jackie, and all the staff were replaced after that walkout, that place became nothing but strangers, and all any of the regulars saw there was solid ice; they were not about to face nothing but strangers and endless solid default ice.

And they do it so you won't cry on their moving day, so they won't feel any sadness on their moving day, and so they won't ever feel an urge to come back for a visit. There are instances where restraining orders are issued by a person that has already moved long distance, where former friends left behind are forbidden to be within the long-distance mover's new state of residence, there are people that even get banned from an entire time zone, sometimes even adjacent time zones and entire geographical areas and regions, by a former friend that has moved long distance! And unfortunately for you, she is moving to California, and there is not a single thing anyone can do about it. I tell you, when she moves, don't ever even travel any closer to California than the Mississippi River! Don't even travel to Iowa!

I don't get why anyone would ever want to move to California. If you think Hurricane Ian was bad, earthquakes in California are over a thousand times worse. Earthquakes have even sent high-rise buildings toppling over sideways. Even steel reinforced concrete stands no chance against a big earthquake. And there are scientists saying that Los Angeles is overdue for what they call the Big One, an earthquake capable of even toppling the US Bank Tower and causing up to half a trillion dollars in damage. Unlike hurricanes, which have up to 5 days of warning, earthquakes strike with absolutely zero warning, one moment you could be having a drink at a local bar, having dinner at a restaurant, or sitting at your office desk doing business, and the next moment the ground is suddenly shaking so violently that the whole ceiling comes crashing down, and 3 minutes later you're buried under a 25 foot mountain of shattered concrete, twisted rebar, and building contents which takes a week to dig through. And there is no "earthquake season" either, earthquakes hit randomly regardless of the weather and time of year.

Dixie Roadhouse is a nightclub in Southeast Cape Coral. It was the place to go in it's youth. They played great music in it's early years, including classic 70s, 80s, 90s, and early 2000s music, slow songs, old school country, classic rock, it was the very best place in the world in 2012. Then in 2013, Dixie switched to country. For a while, the nonstop line dancing went only until 11 pm. The last song in that row was "Cotton Eye Joe" by Rednex. After that, Top 40s mixed in, along with some Latin music, and the party was a lot of great dancing. Then in 2020, Dixie Roadhouse eliminated it's party hour and went strictly line dancing only, they now have only maybe 5 minutes of party time at 1 in the morning, then promptly back to 5, 6, 7, 8 being counted at the beginning of every song. The club has gone to that type of format where non line dancers will need to leave the dancing shoes at home and go to Dixie wearing their regular shoes and only go there to meet up with or visit friends there, have a drink or two, and watch the line dancing from the sidelines. Five minutes of party is not enough for us. It would be well if Dixie can bring back the older formats, such as the party time from 11 pm to closing time, or better yet, the old time song lists, like from 2012. And line dancing continuously for 8 hours is tiring and gets very boring. It's like Dixie Roadhouse has become a line dance school instead of a nightclub. However, Dixie Roadhouse is still one of the Top 10 best clubs in Southwest Florida due to the safety element they have. Most other area nightclubs play nothing but rap, which leads to those other clubs having fights, brawls, shootings, stabbings, and becoming like a scene out of the Jerry Springer show pretty much every single night, all of which clearly chases a lot of people out of those other clubs and into Dixie Roadhouse. Dixie Roadhouse does not play much rap, hence you are much safer at Dixie Roadhouse than you are, for instance, at Celsius Nightclub, Dash Nightclub, Viva Le Mirage, and most other clubs. And it's the safety element that keeps a lot of people going to Dixie Roadhouse.

Post it to Facebook. Long-distance moving is similar to death. Understand that there will be tears and crying like at a funeral. Understand that there will be people wanting to take pictures with you, maybe even a few video selfies. They want memories they can cherish of you for 55 years and longer. Obviously in the case of Andrea Martin, it's too late for any of that. Andrea is truly gone forever. She has not been back to visit Southwest Florida since she moved in September 2020, and she won't be back to visit Southwest Florida before the year 2125. Colorado is too far away, she won't ever make it, the distance is far too vast.

And many of the people moving here are toxic, selfish, they confine themselves within closed cliques, they hate everyone outside their cliques, they drive very dangerously, often causing the kinds of catastrophic crashes seen on Chicago's Eisenhower and John F Kennedy Expressways on our roads such as Del Prado Blvd, Cape Coral Parkway, and Pine Island Road. The new crowds are also destroying our southern hospitality with toxic personalities, mean towards others that want to socialize, including reportedly throwing guys into the dirt that want to mingle, as what I hear happened at a barbecue event in 2017, and chasing all the friendly and down to Earth people out of Southwest Florida and Cape Coral into the Rocky Mountains. Only friendly, sociable, and down to Earth people that like to socialize with other people, that enjoy making friends and expanding their circles, and forming a sense of community are allowed to move to Cape Coral and Southwest Florida. You want to live in Cape Coral and Southwest Florida, you need to be friendly. Interact with other people, including guys that are alone, at bars, nightclubs, and events such as Cape Coral Bike Night, Red White & Boom, and at events celebrating St. Patrick's Day, New Year's Eve, 4th of July, and similar events. You are not in East St. Louis anymore. If you don't like talking to strangers and if you don't like to interact with others at public use facilities such as bars, restaurants, clubs, and events, and if you don't like to socialize with other people, then do us all a favor and relocate yourselves back to DuPage County, Illinois, where there is absolutely no socializing and no interactions amongst people, and where all interactions are strictly business-related and strictly for business only. Do not move to Cape Coral or to Southwest Florida with a toxic, disconnected, or anti-social personality. Also, if you don't like guys near you that are single or that are alone and by themselves, and if you don't like socializing with guys that are alone, then Toronto, Ontario is where you belong. In Toronto, it's actually illegal under city law for guys to be out in public alone or unaccompanied, and the Toronto Police are in fact known to arrest guys and throw them in jail for grocery shopping alone, let alone going unaccompanied and without a group to a bar, restaurant, club, or to an event. The Toronto Police catch a man even grocery shopping alone, let alone going alone and without company to a bar, restaurant, club, or event, and it's even felony criminal trespassing plus disorderly conduct. In Toronto, men are not even allowed on public transportation. Only women are allowed on Toronto's public transportation, and in Toronto, only women are allowed to go out alone, including to bars, clubs, restaurants, and events.

Every 4th year we add an extra day (the 29th of February), which makes 365.25 days a year. This is fairly close, but is wrong by about 1 day every 100 years.
